β€’ To develop and achieve new business opportunities thru solid planning and execution in flooring. β€’ This position will develop new distributor and buying group partnerships. β€’ New Business development and existing account management. β€’ Work with individual customers to support, guide and drive sales growth. β€’ Educate distributor representatives to grow business in their regions. β€’ Assist with presentations to A&D firms and customers to gain LX Brand loyalty and market share. β€’ Gain thorough understanding of market dynamics and activities within our industries and among key competitors. β€’ Establish management relations with key customers throughout the value chain to gain preferred share position. β€’ Implement sales, marketing and warranty programs efficiently and effectively. β€’ Work with others in a team environment. β€’ Interface with ATL Corporate Office and Headquarters in South Korea as required. β€’ Handle administrative tasks related to the management and operation of your individual boundaries. β€’ Finding and following new sales leads in North America region. β€’ Developing ways to improve the customer experience and build brand loyalty.

🎯 Requirements

β€’ BS/MS degree in business administration or a related field. β€’ 2+ years proven track record in flooring business sales or related market. β€’ Successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets. β€’ Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization. β€’ Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close. β€’ Strong business sense and industry expertise. β€’ Superior presentation and communication skills, both written and verbal. β€’ Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and statistical analysis software.
