Requirements

β€’ Prior experience in a sales environment β€’ Experience with sales over the phone β€’ Experience with customer service scenarios β€’ Basic computer literacy β€’ Ability to sit and work at a desk for extended periods of time β€’ Excellent time management and organization skills β€’ Experience with CRMs such as Salesforce and Podio is highly desired β€’ Experience in the real estate industry is highly desired β€’ Strong negotiation skills β€’ A Self-Starter Who Needs Very Little Micro-Management
