•Senior Account Executive is responsible for managing client relationships and overseeing client interactions. •Develop relationships with clients and stakeholders. •Coordinate strategic and tactical planning sessions with client leadership. •Drive new business growth through client expansion and up-sell initiatives. •Manage communication with clients and internal teams for successful service delivery. •Assist with client on-boarding, training, renewals and retention. •Monitor client satisfaction and address issues with leadership.

Requirements

•Bachelor’s Degree. •In lieu of degree, five years of experience in directly managing client relationships.
