Description

• Handle inbound and outbound sales calls • Identify customer needs and make recommendations • Sign new customers up for services through quoting and selling • Act as intermediary between potential customers and franchisees • Achieve given close percentage ratio

Requirements

• 1-2 years of previous sales and/or customer service experience • Previous phone experience preferred • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Ability to multitask (talking, typing, with attention to detail) • Ability to problem solve and overcome objection in a professional manner • Strong computer skills are a must, with strength in typing speed (40+ wpm)
