• Identify and prioritize potential platform partners within the creator industry to expand our ecosystem. • Develop and execute strategic plans to establish and maintain high-impact partnerships. • Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements that align with our business objectives. • Build and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders at partner companies. • Serve as the primary point of contact for partners, addressing their needs and fostering long-term collaboration. • Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape within the creator industry. • Stay updated on industry developments and regulatory changes that may impact partnerships. • Coordinate with the marketing team to develop co-marketing campaigns and promotional activities with partners. • Track, measure, and report on the performance of partnership initiatives against defined KPIs and business objectives. • Utilize data and analytics to assess the impact of partnerships and identify areas for optimization
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field. MBA or equivalent advanced degree is a plus. • 5+ years of experience in partnership or business development roles, with a focus on the creator industry. • Proven track record of successfully managing partnerships with enterprise companies in and around the creator industry. • Strong understanding of the creator economy, digital platforms, and fintech solutions. • Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. • Strategic thinker with the ability to identify and capitalize on opportunities. • Excellent project management and organizational skills. • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. • Willingness to travel as needed
