β’ Identify and prioritize potential platform partners within the creator industry to expand our ecosystem. β’ Develop and execute strategic plans to establish and maintain high-impact partnerships. β’ Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements that align with our business objectives. β’ Build and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders at partner companies. β’ Serve as the primary point of contact for partners, addressing their needs and fostering long-term collaboration. β’ Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape within the creator industry. β’ Stay updated on industry developments and regulatory changes that may impact partnerships. β’ Coordinate with the marketing team to develop co-marketing campaigns and promotional activities with partners. β’ Track, measure, and report on the performance of partnership initiatives against defined KPIs and business objectives. β’ Utilize data and analytics to assess the impact of partnerships and identify areas for optimization
β’ Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field. MBA or equivalent advanced degree is a plus. β’ 5+ years of experience in partnership or business development roles, with a focus on the creator industry. β’ Proven track record of successfully managing partnerships with enterprise companies in and around the creator industry. β’ Strong understanding of the creator economy, digital platforms, and fintech solutions. β’ Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. β’ Strategic thinker with the ability to identify and capitalize on opportunities. β’ Excellent project management and organizational skills. β’ Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. β’ Willingness to travel as needed
