Description

• Lead the development, execution, and continuous improvement of our IT strategy • Collaborate with senior business leaders and product teams • Develop, maintain, and communicate a comprehensive IT roadmap • Oversee the establishment and continuous monitoring of IT performance metrics • Work with senior leadership to define the business case for IT investments • Continuously evaluate IT operations, processes, and workflows • Lead process improvement initiatives that reduce costs, enhance productivity

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field • An MBA is required • 10+ years of experience in IT leadership roles • Strong Strategy consulting and Change Management experience • Proven experience working with product teams • Demonstrated success in managing IT roadmaps • Experience with best practices in IT governance frameworks, ITIL, and service management • Understanding of product development processes • Strong Visio, Excel, and PowerPoint Skills • Good experience managing large budgets and performing what-if financial analysis
