β€’ Lead new business acquisition in the Enterprise market in North America β€’ Thrive at prospecting to identify win-win opportunities for MariaDB and customers β€’ Drive revenue growth and new customer acquisition β€’ Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve individual sales targets and contribute to expanding our customer base β€’ Identify and engage with key stakeholders in potential accounts to understand their business needs and present our innovative solutions β€’ Generate new business opportunities to fuel the sales pipeline β€’ Drive the sales cycle from prospecting and qualifying leads to conducting product demos and closing deals β€’ Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful implementation of customer support automation software solutions β€’ Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market dynamics to provide valuable insights and contribute to our product roadmap

Requirements

β€’ 10+ years of consultative solution based SaaS sales experience - database sales experience a plus β€’ Proven track record of success in sales in the software industry β€’ Experience closing deals with US based enterprise clients β€’ Experience being a sales hunter, focused on new logo and expansion business β€’ Proven ability to manage sales cycles, from lead generation to deal closure, while navigating multiple decision-makers within organizations β€’ Strong executive communication presence and excellent communication skills, including the ability to communicate and sell effectively at a senior level β€’ Familiarity with Sales Navigator, SFDC, Salesloft, Clari is a plus
