•The Sr. National Account Manager will play a critical role in driving sales growth and brand expansion within our national retail accounts. •This individual will be responsible for leading strategic account management, developing customer-specific sales strategies, and collaborating cross-functionally to align with the Eat Meati™ brand vision. •As a senior leader, you will also provide direction to the team on account strategies, marketing initiatives, and promotional planning to achieve ambitious business objectives.
•7+ years of sales experience in a CPG environment, with a proven track record of managing national accounts and driving growth (grocery, mass, or specialty retail experience preferred). •Bachelor’s degree required (Business, Management, or Marketing preferred). An MBA is a plus. •Experience in plant-based, natural, or “better-for-you” food products preferred. •Strong understanding of account management, promotional planning, and trade marketing at a senior level. •Demonstrated ability to lead and influence both internal teams and external partners, driving collaborative success. •Data-driven approach to decision-making with experience in sales forecasting, performance analysis, and reporting. •Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, capable of influencing senior decision-makers and building long-term partnerships. •Start-up Agility: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth start-up environment with a proactive, hands-on approach. •Travel Requirements: Willingness to travel up to 40% to manage account relationships and execute key initiatives.
