• 10+ years of experience in SaaS-based or service-based technology sales targeting employer-sponsored benefits markets • Proven success in selling to HR leaders and CFOs and brokers/advisors with a deep understanding of healthcare benefits and employee benefits management • Demonstrated ability to exceed multi-million-dollar sales quotas and navigate complex sales environments • Experience building and scaling sales and business development teams within an early-stage business setting • Expertise in self-insured employer dynamics, insurance provider marketplaces, and compliance frameworks • Strong consultative sales skills to construct and deliver compelling, tailored solutions • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence internal and external stakeholders • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Teams, and CRM platforms
