• Founded in 1993, MedeAnalytics is an innovation-focused company • Over the past three decades, we have worked tirelessly to reimagine healthcare through the power of data • Leveraging analytics and data activation, MedeAnalytics delivers actionable insights that support payers, providers, employers, and public entities • Empower organizations to optimize their resource allocation, experience superior patient outcomes, and achieve population health management goals • Vice President, Employer Business Development and Sales will play a pivotal role in expanding a new business group within MedeAnalytics • Collaborate closely with MedeAnalytics’ General Manager to establish and lead both channel and direct sales efforts targeting self-funded employers, advisors, and brokers • Shape and lead the first analytics-driven action platform, delivering measurable cost savings, improved performance, and enhanced compliance management for employers

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in SaaS-based or service-based technology sales targeting employer-sponsored benefits markets • Proven success in selling to HR leaders and CFOs and brokers/advisors with a deep understanding of healthcare benefits and employee benefits management • Demonstrated ability to exceed multi-million-dollar sales quotas and navigate complex sales environments • Experience building and scaling sales and business development teams within an early-stage business setting • Expertise in self-insured employer dynamics, insurance provider marketplaces, and compliance frameworks • Strong consultative sales skills to construct and deliver compelling, tailored solutions • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence internal and external stakeholders • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Teams, and CRM platforms
