• Develop strategies for identifying, pursuing and closing opportunities for renting and selling modular buildings • Generate new business and build customer relationships • Collaborate with sales team, operations and inventory staff to provide customer solutions • Maintain accurate records in the database • Achieve/exceed sales related quotas and goals • Travel as needed, including some overnight
• 3 plus years experience in sales • BS/BA/BBA degree or equivalent years of sales experience • Must be able to travel up to 50% in assigned territory (Tampa Bay/Sarasota) • Excellent communication skills; ability to articulate ideas in verbal and written formats • Confident, assertive and quick-thinking • Proficiency with various computer programs including Word, Excel, Internet and other customer databases • Demonstrated inter-personal skills and customer service • Effective negotiation skills • Experience in a process driven environment • Ability to make decisions within established guidelines • Demonstrated skills in project and time management • Valid Driver’s License • Obtain HCD Commercial Coach Salesperson License within 10 weeks of start date
