β’ Lead Generation: Proactively identify and pursue leads within the health and wellness sector through various channels including cold calling, networking, and referrals. β’ Sales Calls: Conduct persuasive and informative sales calls to potential clients, effectively communicating the value proposition of our products/services and converting leads into sales. β’ Onboarding: Guide clients through the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition and providing necessary support to facilitate their integration with our products/services. β’ Client Retention: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and concerns, and providing ongoing support to ensure high satisfaction and retention rates. β’ Sales Performance: Meet and exceed sales targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) through proactive sales efforts and exceptional customer service. β’ Account Management: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and proactively identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
β’ Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the health and wellness industry. β’ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish long-term relationships with clients. β’ Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities, with a results-oriented mindset. β’ Self-motivated and driven to achieve and exceed sales targets. β’ Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote or flexible work environment. β’ Knowledge or interest in health and wellness products/services is preferred. β’ Must have a reliable internet connection and access to necessary communication tools. β’ Comfortable working on a commission-only basis with compensation based on performance.
