Description

• Exciting opportunity for an Account Director with responsibility for driving revenue growth, retention and regional performance. • As a Regional Director, take full responsibility for driving regional performance and revenue growth. • Build and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders as a trusted advisor. • Develop strategic account plans focusing on ROI and mutual success. • Manage renewals and ensure continuous ARR growth across regions. • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and service delivery. • Approach complex challenges with a strategic mindset and creative problem-solving skills.

Requirements

• Proven track record of strategic account management, with significant experience managing complex accounts at the executive level. • Strong commercial acumen with experience driving revenue growth, retention, and client expansion in a fast-paced, results-driven environment. • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence senior decision-makers and build long-term trusted relationships. • Experience working in SaaS, social housing, or a related industry is preferred. • Demonstrated ability to think strategically, with a proactive approach to identifying opportunities and solving problems creatively. • Strong collaboration skills, with experience working cross-functionally to achieve client success. • Data-driven with a proven ability to use insights to deliver results and prove value. • Passion for continuous improvement, contributing to a high-performing, collaborative team.
