•Moodle with us! •We're the world's most popular learning platform on a mission to empower educators. •Moodle is looking for a services leader to drive global services delivery strategy and operations. •This role includes leading a global team across various services and attracting top talent. •Developing strategic plans for new services, financial management, and client relationship building are key responsibilities. •This role is fully flexible and can be based anywhere in the world.
Requirements
•Proven track record of delivering highest quality solutions, on time and within budget, delighting customers •Technical skills and experience of hands-on work with the Moodle platform, infrastructure and integrations •Demonstrated track record of developing strategic business plans and leadership of a complex Services Delivery team, with experience leading these teams in a software product company desirable •Excellent communication skills (verbal and written), negotiation skills and a collaborative/team approach to execution •Collaborative and team focused attitude, a willingness to embrace the culture and bring teams together, all with a genuine passion for helping Moodle advance our mission.
Benefits
•Compensation consisting of base salary, ranging from $150,000-$185,000, plus a variable component •A fantastic range of benefits (including health insurance coverage and a 401(k) contribution), focusing on work-life balance, wellbeing and ‘choosing your own adventure.’ •Taking on a genuinely flexible, distributed role, working from anywhere in the world
