Description

β€’ Responsible for driving growth by establishing and securing new contracts with health plans and payers. β€’ Close deals with key decision-makers within health plans and payer organizations. β€’ Create compelling proposals and presentations tailored to payer needs. β€’ Lead contract negotiations from initiation through execution. β€’ Build and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective health plan partners. β€’ Analyze market trends, payer needs, and competitive landscape. β€’ Work cross-functionally with sales, operations, clinical teams, and leadership. β€’ Ensure all partnerships comply with relevant regulations and guidelines. β€’ Consistently meet or exceed targets and demonstrate commitment to delivering impactful partnerships.

Requirements

β€’ 10+ years of experience in healthcare business development, partnerships, or payer contracting roles. β€’ Proven track record of working with health plans and payers. β€’ Demonstrated success in securing significant contracts with health plans. β€’ Ability to understand payer needs and develop tailored value propositions. β€’ Excellent verbal and written communication skills. β€’ Familiarity with healthcare regulations and compliance requirements.
