Description

• Responsible for driving growth by establishing and securing new contracts with health plans and payers. • Close deals with key decision-makers within health plans and payer organizations. • Create compelling proposals and presentations tailored to payer needs. • Lead contract negotiations from initiation through execution. • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective health plan partners. • Analyze market trends, payer needs, and competitive landscape. • Work cross-functionally with sales, operations, clinical teams, and leadership. • Ensure all partnerships comply with relevant regulations and guidelines. • Consistently meet or exceed targets and demonstrate commitment to delivering impactful partnerships.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in healthcare business development, partnerships, or payer contracting roles. • Proven track record of working with health plans and payers. • Demonstrated success in securing significant contracts with health plans. • Ability to understand payer needs and develop tailored value propositions. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Familiarity with healthcare regulations and compliance requirements.
