Description

• Vence is a leading virtual fencing company in ranching and grazing management. • The Territory Sales Manager plays a critical role in supporting the Sales Growth Strategy. • Expected to accelerate the uptake of Vence offerings with ranches in the Western U.S. • Identify sales opportunities for Virtual Fencing technology. • Develop sales proposals and implement contractual agreements. • Develop and implement sales strategies and tactics for target customer base. • Gather market intelligence and coordinate with Rancher Success Team. • Provide feedback and content to the Marketing organization.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field • Minimum of two (2) years of experience working with ranching community required • Demonstrated understanding of the beef industry and cattle grazing • Excellent interpersonal/communication and presentation skills • Demonstrated motivation and focus on achieving measurable, tangible results • Demonstrated ability to build internal relationships and work collaboratively in a matrix organization • Successfully demonstrated skills in planning, organization, communication, selling and business acumen • Must be able to travel overnight 50% depending on the geography and responsibilities
