📋 Description
• Lead sales initiatives with both existing and new clients, working collaboratively with account teams to identify opportunities. • Drive a consultative sales approach to establish long-lasting and credible customer relationships. • Develop deep expertise in NCR's Managed Services offerings across strategic industries. • Engage in account planning sessions and opportunity qualification, contributing strategic insights. • Act as a liaison for escalation issues, identifying opportunities for account growth and improved service delivery.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline with 7+ years of experience in Restaurant Services Consulting, OR a Master’s degree with 5+ years of related experience. • Minimum 2 years of experience in the information technology sector. • Willingness to travel up to 30% of the time. • Proven expertise in the restaurant industry and customer support services.
