β’ Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or partnerships within the payments industry or a related technology sector. β’ 4 year college degree required β’ Strong understanding of the payments industry and restaurant/retail POS ecosystem. β’ Proven track record of developing and managing strategic partnerships. β’ Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills. β’ Ability to analyze market trends and develop effective business strategies. β’ Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. β’ Ability to work independently and as part of a team. β’ Proficiency in Salesforce CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
