Description

β€’ Identify and Engage Partnerships: Identify, engage, and develop relationships within the VAR POS ecosystem. β€’ Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive growth. β€’ Market Analysis: Conduct research and analysis to identify trends. β€’ New Partner Onboarding Management: Lead project management on partner onboarding. β€’ Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams for successful integration. β€’ Contract Negotiation: Lead negotiations with hospitality/retail platform partners. β€’ Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on partnership performance. β€’ Training and Support: Provide training to new platform partners. β€’ Industry Networking: Attend events to network and stay updated on trends.

Requirements

β€’ Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or partnerships within the payments industry or a related technology sector. β€’ 4 year college degree required β€’ Strong understanding of the payments industry and restaurant/retail POS ecosystem. β€’ Proven track record of developing and managing strategic partnerships. β€’ Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills. β€’ Ability to analyze market trends and develop effective business strategies. β€’ Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. β€’ Ability to work independently and as part of a team. β€’ Proficiency in Salesforce CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
