Description

• The Head of Business Development is a critical role for OfferFit. • In this role, you will work closely with our Sales team to create valuable opportunities. • You will have the opportunity to build a team and drive our BD process, making a huge impact on the company. • You can take ownership of the function and experiment as needed; we are not looking to bring someone in to simply “execute our playbook.” • Reporting directly to the VP of Sales and BD, you'll play a pivotal role in our scaling efforts.

Requirements

• Distinctive subject matter expertise, you have built successful outbound motions at scaling companies, and are intimately familiar with the sales tech stack, process best practices, and performance management techniques. • Experience in BD for a hypergrowth enterprise SaaS company with high ACVs (> $100k) • Excellent people leadership skills, including ability to attract and retain top talent • Proven ability to build and manage growing BD teams. Track record of instilling a positive culture to achieve results with accelerated delivery • Excellent collaboration skills: ability to work collaboratively with colleagues in sales, marketing, customer success, finance, and product
