📋 Description

• Support the functionality of the OnePay platform. • Manage and maintain agreements with new technology providers across global money transfers, savings & investing, and rewards. • Work cross-functionally with teams including Commercial, Product, Legal, & Finance. • Help implement new partnerships that have customer facing implications. • Identify product partnership opportunities for the OnePay app. • Develop a robust partner success framework for ongoing partner performance evaluation. • Manage existing 3rd party provider relationships supporting core OnePay product capabilities. • Conduct ad hoc projects and analysis for strategic partnerships as requested.

🎯 Requirements

• 7yrs + relevant experience required • An act-like-an-owner mentality. We have a bias toward taking action. • Strong interpersonal and presentation skills with the ability to influence internal and external decision makers • A sense of curiosity and persistence while being execution focused across multiple opportunities and relationships at once • Tenacity, you conduct follow-up calls and emails to keep the process moving and don’t hesitate to get on a plane to close the deal • A passion for creating impact and an interest in how financial services can better serve everyone
