Description

•Responsible for promoting and selling Pearl Insurance coverage(s) to potential clients. •Handles servicing clients during their first year of policy coverage. •Prioritize sales leads from various sources. •Conduct a high volume of customer contact via phone, email, mail, and fax. •Utilize marketing campaigns and other marketing methods to meet sales goals. •Present the quote or estimate to the potential client and close the sale. •Document sales activities in the CRM system. •Build and maintain customer relationships.

Requirements

•Associate degree in business management, marketing, or a related field. •2+ years of previous sales and/or customer service experience, preferably within the insurance industry. •Strong interpersonal skills with a proven ability to interface effectively at all levels within an organization. •Property and Casualty insurance license required (or the ability to obtain). •Regular use of a personal computer including ability to use CRM system, E-storage solutions, Adobe or Foxit PDF, MS Office.
