Description
• Responsible for driving business growth by identifying new business opportunities • Develop and maintain relationships with clients • Promote Onward's services to potential clients • Manage sales pipeline effectively • Focus on ongoing sales and account expansion
Requirements
• Minimum of 5 year’s experience in business development and sales • Preferably in the staffing industry with a robust network of direct hiring manager contacts • Strong understanding of the staffing industry and recruitment process, specifically AI, UX, UI and creative contingent/contract business and/or projects • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets • Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and prospects • Strong organizational and time management skills • Bachelor's degree required
