Description

β€’ Identify and qualify potential customers, generate new business opportunities. β€’ Exceed prospect outreach quotas through targeted and impactful communication. β€’ Identify prospects' needs and suggest appropriate products or services. β€’ Provide a consultative approach to identify and address prospects' needs. β€’ Establish long-term, trusting relationships with prospects. β€’ Execute strategies to nurture and qualify potential customers. β€’ Arrange meetings or calls between potential customers and sales executives. β€’ Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to execute outbound prospecting campaigns. β€’ Assist with market research and analytics to identify new business opportunities. β€’ Report to the founding team with weekly, monthly, and quarterly results.

Requirements

β€’ Minimum of one year of experience in Lead Generation or Sales Development, preferably in the B2B SaaS space. β€’ Strong understanding of sales performance metrics and lead-generation processes. β€’ Proficient in using sales tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Lusha, Microsoft, HubSpot, Salesforce, etc. β€’ Confident and persuasive communicator with senior and middle management. β€’ Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow continuously. β€’ Driven and enthusiastic, capable of delivering results in a professional environment. β€’ Highly organized with a methodical approach to planning workload. β€’ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. β€’ Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. β€’ Self-motivated with a proactive approach to developing new business opportunities. β€’ Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
