β’ Minimum of one year of experience in Lead Generation or Sales Development, preferably in the B2B SaaS space. β’ Strong understanding of sales performance metrics and lead-generation processes. β’ Proficient in using sales tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Lusha, Microsoft, HubSpot, Salesforce, etc. β’ Confident and persuasive communicator with senior and middle management. β’ Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow continuously. β’ Driven and enthusiastic, capable of delivering results in a professional environment. β’ Highly organized with a methodical approach to planning workload. β’ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. β’ Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. β’ Self-motivated with a proactive approach to developing new business opportunities. β’ Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
