Description

β€’ As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you will be at the forefront of our growth strategy, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities through both inbound and outbound lead qualification. β€’ Your primary responsibilities will include identifying, qualifying, and nurturing leads to pass on to the sales team. β€’ You will develop relationships with prospects, converting Marketing Qualified Leads (MQL) to Sales Qualified Leads (SQL). β€’ Utilizing our established techniques, processes, and tools, you will engage with potential and current customers and build lasting relationships.

Requirements

β€’ Minimum of one year of experience in Lead Generation or Sales Development, preferably in the B2B SaaS space. β€’ Strong understanding of sales performance metrics and lead-generation processes. β€’ Proficient in using sales tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Lusha, Microsoft, HubSpot, Salesforce, etc. β€’ Confident and persuasive communicator with senior and middle management. β€’ Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow continuously. β€’ Driven and enthusiastic, capable of delivering results in a professional environment. β€’ Highly organized with a methodical approach to planning workload. β€’ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. β€’ Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. β€’ Self-motivated with a proactive approach to developing new business opportunities. β€’ Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
