Description

• Focused on creating strong partnerships with clients • Strive to maximize products and services used by clients • Ensure client satisfaction • Build strong relationships with key influencers • Keep staff aware of potential issues • Identify and develop relationships with key influencers • Engage department heads on client issues • Meet with key clients quarterly • Develop strategic alignment between Orion and clients • Develop SWOT analysis for key clients • Maintain metrics for all clients • Identify add-on sales opportunities • Stay abreast of staff experience • Ensure servicing agreement is aligned with actual services delivered • Identify enhancements to product offerings • Manage price changes through negotiations • Regular domestic travel to client sites required

Requirements

• 4-year degree • 2-4 years of sales and management experience • 2-4 years’ experience in the equipment finance industry • Experience working with C-Level and director-level personnel • Working knowledge of Salesforce or equivalent CRM highly desired • Must take initiative and ownership • Ability to manage multiple priorities • Excellent written and oral communication • Experience in communicating in client facing situations • Presentation skills in small group settings • Confidence working independently • Proficiency using Outlook, Word, Excel, SalesForce, and Teams • Desire to exceed performance expectations
