Description

• As the Director of Partnerships, you will be responsible for overseeing the strategy, planning, execution, and optimization of current and potential partnerships, integrations, and channel opportunities. • Support the product, marketing, and sales teams in increasing customer acquisition and retention, generate engagement through channel-specific growth, and find new ways to fill top of funnel activities. • Your ability to strategize, prioritize, collaborate, innovate, and manage resources effectively will be crucial to your success in this role. • Develop and implement new partner strategies that drive revenue, retention, and integration goals in line with company objectives. • Leveraging existing client/ partner relationships to expand revenue. • Subject matter expertise over partnerships best practices, trends, and opportunities to grow revenue (events, networking, etc…). • Integrated team relationships across Product, Sales, Marketing, and AM; Maximize the full breadth of TW capabilities and product offerings. • Tracking of ongoing activity within Salesforce and related presentation material for senior leadership on a weekly/monthly ongoing basis.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. • 6+ years proven experience in partner management or a related role. • Excellent customer/account relations track record. • Strong project management skills with a track record of successful campaign execution. • Familiarity with necessary software and tools (e.g., CRM, analytics tools, project and account management solutions, etc). • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills both internal and external. • Strong leadership and team management abilities with the ability to work across all facets of the business (e.g., engineering, marketing, sales, executive management). • Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset. • Creative problem solver with a passion for creating, maintaining, and growing relationships. • Ability to negotiate effectively and to be able to convey importance of prioritization against mutual benefits.
