• Osmind is building the Osmind Psychiatry Innovation Network (OPIN), a revolutionary managed services organization. • Seeking an experienced RCM leader to build and scale operations. • Responsible for designing, implementing, and scaling best-in-class RCM operations. • This role combines strategic leadership with hands-on operational execution. • Focused on maximizing revenue for our provider network while maintaining compliance.
Requirements
• 10+ years of healthcare RCM experience, with at least 5 years in leadership roles • Proven track record building and scaling RCM operations from scratch • Deep understanding of behavioral health billing • Experience implementing and optimizing RCM technology solutions • Strong background in healthcare compliance and regulatory requirements • History of achieving strong financial results through effective RCM operations • Experience managing teams of 30+ across multiple locations
