📋 Description

• Reporting to the Sales Leadership team, you’ll be responsible for identifying prospects’ needs, influencing decisions and selling insurance products. • Tailor interactions by utilizing emerging technology solutions including phone, chat, email, SMS and video conferencing. • Identify customer needs to build on existing products, developing contact plans and quoting personal insurance business. • Sell product by establishing contact, developing relationships with prospects, and managing leads generated. • Create a trusting environment that fosters new sales opportunities and retention of business. • Actively participate within the team unit and independently to contribute to overall business improvement. • Own and resolve all customer inquiries while minimizing effort. • Accurately process account changes and maintain complete customer documentation.

🎯 Requirements

• A RIBO license, or willing to obtain within the first 30 days of employment. • A minimum of two years’ sales experience, preferably in personal lines, automobile and property insurance. • Exceptional communication skills and the demonstrated ability to deal effectively with all levels of internal and external stakeholders. • Superior time management and organizational skills to handle competing priorities. • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite applications. • Preference given to candidates with experience using Epic, Salesforce and Company portals. • General office environment (Remote) – must have a dedicated office work environment.
