• Lead OXIO’s efforts in understanding the local and global Telecom market landscape • Assist in the preparation of financial reports, providing insights and analytics to support decision-making • Evaluate and implement new tools and technologies (e.g. CRM enhancements) to support the Sales Operations team • Lead prioritization efforts to productize some of our Sales Operations core tasks (e.g. our client orders management system) • Oversee and continuously improve Sales Operations processes, including but not limited to billing, financial proposals, and sales documentation • Continuously evaluate the Sales organization performance in order to identify issues, evaluate potential risks and work with teams on solutions • Ensure regulatory compliance: all Sales Operations activities must comply with relevant regulations and policies across different countries (e.g. Support policies, lawful intercept) • Design the industry standard for Telecom products at OXIO • Develop a scalable Pricing framework based on industry and market research • Work with our Data and Intelligence teams designing our Business Intelligence product’s pricing strategy • Maintain and create new Pricing tools to help the Commercial team be more efficient
• Bachelors or Master’s degree • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Exceptional attention to detail and the ability and organizational skills • Advanced Excel / Google Spreadsheets skills • Process-oriented individual with strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Strong ability to effectively document, improve, follow and enforce new processes that involve many teams within the organization
