Description

• Follows all safety procedures and policies set forth by Masonite • Provides, maintains, and ensures superior customer service • Maintains effective relations with inside customer service representatives with a focus on superior service to customers • Work with Sales Manager on a regular basis, in person or by phone, as required to effectively manage sales, marketing and promotions, accounts receivable and superior customer service • Provides timely, effective services to customers, while striving to maintain maximum profit margin • Maintains accurate records of all pricings, sales, and activities • Creates and conducts proposal presentations • Develops a sales plan and sales strategy for the market that ensures attainment of company sales goals and profitability • Prepares action plans for effective search of sales leads and prospects • Initiates and coordinates development of action plans to penetrate new markets • Assists in the development and implementation of marketing plans as needed • Adheres to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensures that they are communicated and implemented within the team

Requirements

• Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements • Proven leadership and ability to drive sales • Must be an aggressive, disciplined and self-motivated sales professional with a customer-focused approach
