📋 Description
• The Territory Manager serves as a liaison between the company and agents • Acts as a relationship manager for agents and regional underwriting team • Assesses agent strengths and weaknesses • Ensures agents are familiar with Penn National Insurance products and services
🎯 Requirements
• Four year college degree preferred • Continuing education in specialized insurance courses (IIA, AU, CPCU, CIC) • Minimum of three years property/casualty commercial and/or personal multi-lines underwriting and/or marketing experience • Technical underwriting knowledge of commercial and personal lines of business • Effective oral and written communication skills • Proven sales, negotiations, and solution-selling skills • Working knowledge of agency and Company automation systems, including Microsoft Office Suite • Exceptional customer service skills • Good financial analysis skills • Excellent time management skills • Strong commercial and personal lines underwriting analysis skills
