Description

• We are seeking Field Sales Account Executives for the Dallas Ft Worth, Austin, and Houston territories. • Consistently meet or exceed sales targets by identifying, prospecting, and securing new clients. • Nurture long-term partnerships. • Serve as a trusted advisor in the payments and merchant services space. • Conduct in-person meetings and product demonstrations with prospective clients. • Develop and maintain strong relationships to foster long-term partnerships. • Prospect, cold call, and leverage referrals to build a robust pipeline of qualified leads. • Convert qualified opportunities into successful deals through a strategic approach. • Navigate and close sales contracts with confidence and precision. • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies. • Attend networking events, and applicable conferences to promote PayJunction’s brand and solutions. • Provide accurate and reliable sales forecasts to support strategic planning.

Requirements

• Minimum 2–3 years of field sales experience, preferably in payments, merchant services, or SaaS • Minimum of 1 year of payments experience • Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas and driving revenue growth • Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to diagnose client needs and propose tailored solutions • Experience with contract negotiation and closing sales • Proficiency in CRM tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot • Excellent territory knowledge and the ability to network effectively within the assigned region • Self-motivated, resilient, and highly organized with strong time management skills
