Description

• Recruit, train, and support a growing network of dealers and independent reps. • Identify and pursue key national partnerships to expand product distribution. • Increase total revenue through dealers and reps. • Provide hands-on technical advice and coaching to ensure dealers can sell products. • Lead the continuous improvement of the dealer program by creating new resources. • Oversee dealer contracts, rebate programs, and other financial elements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent. • 5+ years of experience in dealer or channel sales management. • Proven experience growing and managing a dealer or distribution network, ideally in the wholesale/building materials industry. • Experience in a small business environment, with the ability to navigate unstructured situations. • Technical acumen with the ability to offer installation support and understand product intricacies. • Strong leadership and team management abilities, with a track record of motivating and supporting teams to deliver results. • A combination of ambition and humility —driven to achieve while valuing teamwork and input from others. • Entrepreneurial mindset – capable of building from the ground up and using a test-and-learn approach to drive results. Strong problem-solving and adaptability in both strategic and hands-on roles. • Excellent communication skills on all levels (from installers in the field to executives on the dealers side). • Successful track record operating in a fast-paced, growth-oriented, dynamic and collaborative business. • “Roll up your sleeves” mentality with the desire to contribute both tactically and strategically to the growth of the organization. • Proven history of meeting sales goals, managing expectations and tracking results. • A strong sense of ownership and responsibility. • Low ego, open to feedback, and collaborative by nature.
