Description

•Provide therapeutic area/product expertise for GI/inflammatory bowel disease •Plan and execute Medical strategy and engagement for assigned customers •Maintain required level of knowledge of relevant TA/disease states and Pfizer medicines •Serve as a conduit and resource for Medical Information and customer insights •Understand priorities of Pfizer Medical Affairs to contribute to Medical content strategy development •Demonstrate expertise in communication across multiple channels •Deliver approved medical content about Pfizer medicines and relevant topics in GI/IBD •Identify and seek medical engagement from priority customer segments •Provide true, accurate, and scientifically supported information in response to medical requests •Cultivate research and therapeutic area expertise •Communicate study design principles and methodology with customers •Reactively and proactively communicate with local Patient Advocacy Groups

Requirements

•MD or DO degree required •3 or more years of relevant experience required •Demonstrate a breadth of diverse leadership experiences and capabilities •Demonstrate excellent oral and written communication skills •Demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills •Demonstrate ability to manage a significant volume of projects developed in a remote environment •Work within a matrixed, multi-disciplinary team to foster strong Pfizer/customer professional relationships •Effectively manage through and lead change in an ever-changing health care environment •Demonstrate change agility; be flexible to new opportunities •Problem-solve and network enterprise wide as appropriate •Collaborate effectively and demonstrate leadership and teamwork with peers, internal stakeholders and external customers •Be a self-starter, be accountable, and have a sense of urgency in delivering results •Maintain self-awareness and continually choose behaviors based on performance impact
