• Location: Remote • Department: Customer Success • Reports To: Director of Client Growth • FLSA Status: Exempt • We are seeking a motivated and experienced Customer Success Manager with a strong background in neurology to join our dynamic startup team. • This role will focus on building strong relationships with clients in the neurology field, ensuring they derive maximum value from our products and services. • The ideal candidate will have a data-driven approach, experience in client management, and the ability to thrive in a remote startup environment with minimal oversight.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients in the neurology sector, ensuring their needs are met and expectations are exceeded. • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing support, training, and guidance on product features and functionalities. • Conduct regular check-ins and performance reviews with clients to assess satisfaction and identify opportunities for additional value. • Analyze client data and usage metrics to provide insights and recommendations that enhance the customer experience. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development and sales, to relay client feedback and drive product improvements. • Identify and mitigate potential issues proactively, ensuring smooth implementation and ongoing usage of our solutions. • Prepare and deliver presentations, reports, and training materials tailored to client needs, emphasizing data-driven insights. • Travel to client sites as needed to conduct training sessions, presentations, and relationship-building activities. • Engage comfortably with clinical staff and stakeholders, demonstrating an understanding of clinical workflows and environments. • Maintain meticulous records of client interactions, feedback, and action items to ensure a detailed and organized approach to customer success. • Stay current on industry trends, particularly in neurology, to provide relevant insights and guidance to clients. • Bachelor’s degree in a related field; advanced degree in healthcare, neuroscience, or related area preferred. • Experience in neurology, whether through clinical practice, research, or healthcare technology. • Minimum of 0 years of experience in customer success, account management, or related roles with a strong focus on data analytics. • Proficiency in data analysis tools and CRM software; ability to derive actionable insights from data. • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills, capable of managing multiple client accounts and priorities simultaneously. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence clients effectively. • Comfortable discussing clinical processes and interacting with healthcare professionals in a clinical setting. • Comfortable working in a remote environment and adapting to the fast-paced nature of a startup. • Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal oversight. • Willingness to travel as required for client engagements.
