β€’ Cultivate and develop relationships with payers to identify, qualify and develop quality sales opportunities, focusing on new business β€’ Manage full sales cycles from lead to close, including contract creation and contract negotiations, while working cross functionally to ensure a premium level experience for all stakeholders β€’ Develop and manage a robust sales pipeline to consistently close business β€’ Actively participate in payer-relevant trade conferences and events β€’ Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, product, and customer success to develop our message and product for payers

Requirements

β€’ 8+ years of demonstrated success in a full-cycle healthcare sales role focused on payers β€’ Ability to create relationships with C-Suite executives at payers & get a seat at the table for major transformation initiatives β€’ Proven track record in managing sales cycles & successful quota/revenue attainment in green field accounts β€’ Customer-centric mindset and the skills needed to listen to customers and understand their objectives β€’ Professional, polished and engaging in communication and presentation skills β€’ Experience helping drive product roadmap to close large deals β€’ Thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic and innovative environment
