Requirements

• Post-Secondary Degree/College Diploma. • Hunter mentality with exceptional selling and closing capabilities. • Great understanding of the full sales cycle. • Proven history of success in Senior Care Sales or Enterprise Software/SaaS Solutions. • Direct experience in Senior Living is a plus. • Strong relationship-building skills. • Prior experience with Salesforce. • Highly organized with strong attention to detail. • Strong communicator with excellent presentation skills. • Desire to work in a performance-rewarding environment.

Benefits

• Base salary and commissions are part of total rewards package. • On target earnings range is $227,000 - $252,000 + equity + benefits. • Compensation is determined by job-related skills and knowledge. • Individual compensation varies by location and experience.
