• As the Business Development Manager for Commercial & Non-Profit Partnerships in the Northeast, you will play a pivotal role in expanding PosiGen’s impact by developing strategic relationships with businesses and 501(c) organizations. • Using a 1-to-Many approach, you will drive referral sales through targeted outreach, market research, and close collaboration with internal teams. • Your efforts will be instrumental in building a robust multi-state pipeline, strengthening community partnerships, and advancing our mission of making solar accessible to all. • While this position is Remote, we prioritize candidates in Philadelphia, PA, and the surrounding Northeast region (NJ, CT, MA, RI, NH).
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) skills required • BA/BS degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience • 4+ years of proven success in business development • 3+ years of demonstrated success in sales • Willingness to travel up to 75% of the week • Familiarity with the solar energy sector is a plus but not required • Experience with Salesforce and proficiency in Google Workspace preferred • Must be flexible based on customer availability • Must have a valid state driver’s license and reliable transportation • Willing to move through the pre-employment screening process
