Description

• Responsible for leading sales efforts, driving growth, partnerships, and revenue generation • Execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand customer base • Partner with customers to understand needs and communicate value propositions • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of sales initiatives • Participate in industry events and conferences to build brand and network

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA a plus. • Minimum of 10 years relevant work experience • Deep understanding of IT products • 4+ years of SaaS or product experience • Strong business acumen and strategic execution • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills • Experience managing high-performing sales teams • Proven ability to exceed sales targets • Proficiency in CRM, sales analytics, and Microsoft Office Suite • Strong leadership, organizational, and analytical skills • Independent and collaborative team player • Customer-focused understanding of needs • Willingness to travel as needed (30%)
