β€’ As a Mid-Market & Enterprise Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for targeting medium to large-scale companies, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth. β€’ This role is commission-only, ideal for a motivated self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, performance-based environment. β€’ Your focus will be on building strong relationships with decision-makers and positioning Private Label Staff as the staffing partner of choice.

Requirements

β€’ Proven success in business development or sales, with a focus on mid-market or enterprise clients, ideally in staffing or recruitment. β€’ Strong understanding of the staffing industry and the ability to present customized staffing solutions to larger organizations. β€’ Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with experience dealing with high-level decision-makers. β€’ Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently. β€’ Proficient in CRM systems and sales tools. β€’ A network of industry contacts is a plus.
