β’ Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy to expand PRLab's client base and increase revenue β’ Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the PR sector, leveraging industry trends and market insights β’ Cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with key clients and stakeholders β’ Lead high-level negotiations and close deals with prospective clients β’ Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored PR solutions that meet client needs β’ Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members, fostering their professional growth β’ Monitor and analyze competitor activities to inform business strategies β’ Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to potential clients β’ Represent PRLab at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities β’ Hit revenue-based OKRs on a quarterly basis and be held accountable for the latter
β’ Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or a related field β’ Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development within the PR industry β’ Exceptional English language skills, both written and verbal (exclusionary) β’ Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in PR services β’ Strong understanding of PR strategies, media relations, and digital communications β’ Excellent networking and relationship-building abilities β’ Proficiency in CRM software and other business development tools β’ Strategic thinking and analytical skills to identify market opportunities β’ Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
