📋 Description

• Process Pro Consulting is seeking a strategic and technically-minded HubSpot Consultant who excels at aligning sales, marketing, and customer success operations across the customer lifecycle. • You'll serve as a trusted advisor to clients—leading HubSpot onboarding, technical implementations, custom integrations, and ongoing optimization efforts. • Your experience will help B2B SaaS clients enhance revenue operations, streamline processes, and unlock scalable growth through thoughtful, data-driven solutions.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of hands-on HubSpot experience (Professional or Enterprise), including complex onboarding, implementations, and integrations. • Strong background in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Marketing Operations within a high-growth B2B SaaS environment. • Proven ability to design, build, and optimize custom HubSpot solutions that align with business goals. • Experience managing cross-functional projects and facilitating change across client teams. • Advanced knowledge of CRM architecture, marketing automation, lead management, lifecycle stages, and pipeline optimization. • Comfort with technical configurations (custom workflows, properties, integrations, APIs, HubSpot Operations Hub). • A consultative mindset—capable of balancing strategic thinking with technical execution. • Experience with data migration, HubSpot reporting, and analytics. • Excellent communication skills—able to explain complex concepts in a digestible, client-friendly way.
