Requirements

• 8 years end to end recruitment within a product company • 2+ years CyberSecurity/ Data Privacy experience • Proven track record of successfully carrying a req load of 10-15 reqs • Comfort level with hiring roles in Software Engineering, Quality Assurance, DevOps • Deep working knowledge and recent practice in all skills required for sourcing resumes from various sources • Ability to Coach hiring managers and interview team members in best interview practices • Provide weekly pipeline updates • Understand the business needs of hiring managers • Negotiate salary and offer packages according to company standards • Follow-Up with candidates throughout the hiring process
