β’ Proven experience of at least 5 years in account management or related roles within an Information Technology services or consultancy company (required). β’ Minimum 10 years of experience working in IT services or consultancy for Life Sciences or Pharmaceutical clients (required). β’ Strong understanding of the Life Sciences and Pharma industry sectors (required). β’ Proven expertise in technical sales and solutions aligned with customer needs, particularly in cloud, data, and artificial intelligence (required). β’ Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate, present, and influence stakeholders at all organizational levels, including executives and C-suite. β’ Exceptional listening, communication, and presentation skills. β’ Proven experience in contract negotiation. β’ Experience in forecasting and tracking key account metrics, such as quarterly sales results and annual forecasts. β’ Strong interpersonal skills with a talent for building relationships across all levels of an organization. β’ Excellent organizational abilities.
