• This role is focused on account management in EMEA. • The main goal of this position is to drive revenue by growing current client relationships. • You will be responsible for cultivating relationships, setting account goals, and managing the overall client experience for your portfolio in the EMEA region. • You will also provide confident, high-energy, custom presentations and lead meetings with minimal guidance or supervision.
• 3+ years relevant work experience in a Sales and/or Account Management position • Results-oriented individual, with proven ability to lead by example and be a team player • Proven ability to develop executive relationships across an organization (ie. Executive sponsors, decision makers, procurement, etc.) • Proven track record of developing and executing strategic account plans, customer renewal contracts and creative solutions • Genuinely curious about how consumer & market insights can solve business problems • Excellent customer facing presentation, written, and oral communication skills • Good understanding of the EMEA market, and its specificities (additional European language is a plus – French, German, Spanish) • Advanced understanding of SaaS environments & affinity for the industry/ ability to pick up new skills quickly • Drive to work autonomously and proactively • The ability to multi-task and troubleshoot under pressure • Willingness to travel for customer meetings • BA/BS degree
