Description

β€’ The Account Manager is responsible for prospecting, developing and managing proprietary and third party solutions into existing Raintree customers within their defined territory. β€’ This is a quota carrying position with responsibility to drive annualized revenue across the product lines offered by Raintree, including but not limited to EHR/PM Software, SaaS offerings, Revenue Cycle Management (RCM), and third-party partner products. β€’ Independently manage a sales territory to achieve assigned quarterly and annual sales targets while working as part of a team. β€’ Generate new business from product and services sales to mid-sized to large PT practices. β€’ Prospect for potential customers using direct methods, such as calls and face-to-face meetings, and indirect methods such as networking. β€’ Identify and qualify new prospects to continually build pipeline. β€’ Promptly and effectively engage with prospects identified through marketing lead generation efforts. β€’ Provide useful feedback to marketing group on lead quality. β€’ Accurately track each prospect through the sales stages within CRM system. β€’ Manage current quarter business and subsequent quarters' pipeline proactively and consistently. β€’ Drive the sales cycle from initial customer engagement to closure. β€’ Provide accurate forecasts around sales pipeline on a monthly basis. β€’ Implement business and marketing initiatives to drive quota achievement. β€’ Develop and maintain key account plans that identify opportunities to deliver value, including strategic motivators, main stakeholders, buying processes, and forecasted sales. β€’ Articulate and evangelize the vision and positioning of the organization and its solutions to differentiate capabilities to clients. β€’ Develop and maintain a high level of domain and competitive knowledge on industries and products to leverage in the sales cycle. β€’ Effectively demonstrate products and services. β€’ Provide feedback to Sales Management related to the market and competitor environment. β€’ Contract negotiations with prospective clients. β€’ Travel within assigned territory and/or for industry events up to 50% of the time.

Requirements

β€’ Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience in a similar role β€’ At least three years of documented success in selling healthcare practice management and electronic health-record software, revenue cycle management, billing, and/or other healthcare information systems and services β€’ Robust knowledge of EHR, PM, other healthcare clinical applications and/or RCM experience β€’ Robust knowledge of the healthcare IT industry β€’ Physical Therapy experience preferred β€’ General computer proficiency, including working knowledge of Google Suite, Microsoft Office Applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.) and Salesforce.com β€’ Well-developed verbal, listening and phone communication skills β€’ Good written communication skills with the ability to write routine correspondence β€’ Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals
