Requirements

β€’ 4+ years of direct sales experience in digital and social media. β€’ Track record of success driving revenue through discovering, prospecting and closing NEW business. β€’ Authentic & deep understanding of the social media landscape and a history of selling social. β€’ Competitive: you're a hunter with the ability to build a book of business from scratch and comfortable under pressure. β€’ Data-driven and comfortable with the latest technologies for lead sourcing, outreach and CRM reporting. β€’ Craftsmanship: organized, systems oriented and someone who "tends the garden" for an efficient workplace. β€’ High Agency: demonstrated examples of taking the initiative to solve problems and comfortable with the ambiguity that comes with an early stage company. β€’ Creative: you're a dot connector who loves coming up with new media solutions for brands. β€’ Exceptional communication both in writing and verbally when presenting to brands. β€’ Willingness to travel as necessary to win new business. β€’ Passionate about music, fashion, gaming and popular culture.
