β€’ As an Account Manager at Rebrandly, you will be our customers' main point of contact. β€’ Ensure exceptional experience throughout the customer lifecycle - from onboarding to long-term engagement. β€’ Grow and expand ARR by optimizing customer value and identifying growth opportunities. β€’ Track and analyze key account metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement. β€’ Develop and maintain strong relationships with assigned customers through regular communication. β€’ Advocate for customer needs internally and gather feedback for product enhancements.

Requirements

β€’ 3+ years of experience in account management, customer success, or a similar role. β€’ Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets and driving account growth. β€’ Experience in the SaaS or technology industry - MarTech preferred. β€’ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal. β€’ Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills. β€’ Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail. β€’ Results-oriented with a focus on achieving goals and exceeding expectations. β€’ Proficient in CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) and data analysis tools. β€’ Grit, humor, curiosity, and an innate desire to learn. β€’ Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
