📋 Description
• Serves as primary contact for HCP to support navigation of PSP requirements. • Acts as liaison between PSPs and healthcare providers to relay updates and requirements. • Develops relationships with physicians and office staff for patient support. • Provides triage support and monitors patient journey.
🎯 Requirements
• A Bachelor’s degree in health care or a related discipline. • Minimum five (5) years in healthcare, pharmaceutical, or related experience; PSP and case management experience preferred. • Asset to have Health Care professional registration within their province. • Minimum three (3) years in a clinical setting is an asset. • Valid Driver’s License, current auto insurance policy, and access to reliable transportation for regional travel. • Experience in public or private third-party reimbursement arena or pharmaceutical industry in sales, managed care, or clinical support. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Proven ability to organize time, set priorities, and multi-task. • Fluency in French and/or English may be required depending on program and location.
