📋 Description

• The Sales Director is responsible for overseeing the expansion and growth of the Coplogic brand across the U.S. • Provides leadership and strategic vision in the development of contributory database systems, ecosystems and partnerships in the law enforcement market at the statewide level. • Create new strategic opportunities to expand market reach and grow market expansion. • Assist with managing high level relationships with strategic state law enforcement leadership, industry organizations, and partner relationships at the state level. • Assist existing account managers with expanding their relationships and growing existing product solutions for the statewide market. • Delivers results through assisting management and contributing to operational and functional goals as outlined by leadership. • Assists with the development of departmental plans and provides input to the professional direction of their discipline, assisting with setting policy and ensuring operational and function goals are delivered. • Identifies strategic acquisition targets that expand existing capabilities or align with adjacent solutions. • Decision making is guided by functional strategy aligned with our leadership framework.

🎯 Requirements

• Have a Bachelor's or equivalent sales experience. • Have experience selling into law enforcement agencies. • Insurance sales experience also preferred. • Have experience leading a sales team, including demonstrating a proven track record. • Possess exceptional analytical skills to drive data decision making. • Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
