β€’ The Sales Director is responsible for overseeing the expansion and growth of the Coplogic brand across the U.S. β€’ Provides leadership and strategic vision in the development of contributory database systems, ecosystems and partnerships in the law enforcement market at the statewide level. β€’ Create new strategic opportunities to expand market reach and grow market expansion. β€’ Assist with managing high level relationships with strategic state law enforcement leadership, industry organizations, and partner relationships at the state level. β€’ Assist existing account managers with expanding their relationships and growing existing product solutions for the statewide market. β€’ Delivers results through assisting management and contributing to operational and functional goals as outlined by leadership. β€’ Assists with the development of departmental plans and provides input to the professional direction of their discipline, assisting with setting policy and ensuring operational and function goals are delivered. β€’ Identifies strategic acquisition targets that expand existing capabilities or align with adjacent solutions. β€’ Decision making is guided by functional strategy aligned with our leadership framework.

🎯 Requirements

β€’ Have a Bachelor's or equivalent sales experience. β€’ Have experience selling into law enforcement agencies. β€’ Insurance sales experience also preferred. β€’ Have experience leading a sales team, including demonstrating a proven track record. β€’ Possess exceptional analytical skills to drive data decision making. β€’ Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
