β’ The Platform Sales Executive is responsible for developing and growing a pipeline to capture new business, while also supporting our other sales teams as subject matter experts. β’ You'll Be Responsible For: Building new prospect leads and guiding them through the sales cycle to attract new customers and expand engagement with current customers. β’ Forecasting and delivering revenue targets. β’ Establishing and maintaining effective customer relationships with senior level stakeholders. β’ Developing and maintaining a strong knowledge of our Platform and Enterprise Solutions. β’ Strategic and consultative business development - listening to our customers' motivations, needs and pain points. β’ Driving and facilitating initial scoping, proposition discovery and solutioning sessions with customers. β’ Working with our Solutions and Product teams to define creative solutions to meet customer requirements. β’ Developing quotes, proposals and contracts for prospective customers. β’ Negotiating contract renewals, restructuring commercial deals and selling new transformative solutions.
β’ Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent work experience. β’ 7+ years of Platform SaaS solution and Enterprise sales experience. β’ Insurance industry experience preferred. β’ Excellent ability to structure complex deals with multiple components (Implementation, consumption tiers, term, languages, modules, etc). β’ Possess a highly consultative approach to sales, understanding of our value proposition and are able to adapt it to the needs of a prospect. β’ Exceptional presentation and communication skills, both written and oral. β’ Ability to travel up to 50%.
